Roller Blinds are a sheet of fabric which is stamped into an aluminium barrel. The fabric then rolls off the barrel when the blind is closed, and rolls up again when opened. They use a simple sidewinder mechanism, that allows the user to sit the blind at the ideal height. These sidewinders are available in a range of colours, to blend in perfectly with the surface they are fitted to. We also supply all rollers with a ‘child-safety’ clip, that attaches the chain to the wall, out of reach of children and prevents anything from getting tangled up in the chain.
These blinds are ideal for a wide range of applications, and work particularly well where window ledge space is at a premium; especially bathrooms and kitchens. They can be created in special waterproof fabric, which resists damage from condensation and water splashes.
For bedrooms, we can supply either blackout or dim-out materials for your roller blind to darken the room to your preferred level. We can also manufacture them with a wide array of shapes, that can come with co-ordinating braids and poles to create a traditional or contemporary look.
